Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our PCU 2 team. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will provide basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by the RN/LPN. This includes assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living, reporting abnormal findings, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by the RN/LPN.
- Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment, including patient rooms and common areas.
- Current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
