Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our Neuro Med/Surg team. The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the RN/LPN. The ideal candidate will have a current Kentucky CNA certification and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct and indirect patient care within scope of practice under the supervision of the RN/LPN.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
* Current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.
* Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
* Stroke Education Self Study Competency completed within 90 days for hire.
