About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our team of Pharmaceutical Education Representatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving district performance, developing and motivating your team, and delivering on set objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of representatives
  • Develop and implement district strategy and tactics to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with representatives to coach and counsel on improvement of their skills, product knowledge, and capabilities
  • Monitor data analytics to ensure full utilization of resources and tools for maximum impact on prescribing providers
  • Drive call plan adherence and execution
  • Ensure the district meets or exceeds all targets and goals
  • Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team in terms of work ethic, culture, and expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
  • 5 years of management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Industry
  • Ability to influence team member activities and lead through change
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to analyze and draw conclusions using call reporting data
  • Professional, proactive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
