Job Summary

The Nowak Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 & 9001 standards. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality procedures and processes to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 & 9001 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and test departments to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Train and develop quality engineers and inspectors to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Lead internal audits and interact with external auditors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality or Operations Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in transformers, power electronics, or other related manufacturing industries.
