Position Overview:
As an Infection Control Specialist within our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. Your expertise will be essential in managing and preventing infections in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, management, and personnel to oversee the care of patients with infectious and immune-compromised conditions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive infection control strategy in alignment with guidelines from relevant health authorities.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Employee Health initiative.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Master's Degree in a clinical specialty is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Active State RN license is mandatory.
  • Certification in Infection Control or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in medical-surgical or critical care nursing is required.
  • Familiarity with Infection Control principles, including epidemiology, sterilization, sanitation, and disinfection practices is preferred.
  • Experience in managing employee health is advantageous.
Compensation:
Pay range is $39 - $56.88 per hour.
