Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

At SHP Management Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and oversee the purchase of new materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with site managers to ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in property operations and maintenance, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand for long periods, walk, and climb stairs as needed.
  • Use hands and fingers to handle tools, equipment, and other objects.

Compensation details: $32-$36 hourly wage.
