Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites Coeur D'Alene. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain common areas, including the hotel lobby and corridors
  • Perform laundry and ironing duties as needed
  • Track and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
  • Answer general questions from guests and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
