Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team at Diligence Security Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents at client sites using the appropriate escalation of force level.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, and control access to facilities.
  • Observe and report activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
  • Preserve orders and enforce regulations and directives for the site.
  • Patrol assigned sites on foot or in a vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, and security violations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Guard Card License
  • Valid Firearms License
  • Own Vest and Firearm
  • Taser Training
  • Baton Permit
  • Pepper/OC Spray Certification
  • CPR/First Aid Certification

Additional Information:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to move for prolonged periods to inspect site area(s).
  • Ability to safely operate machinery, such as motor vehicles, heavy equipment, or other types of vehicles.
