Facility Housekeeper Role

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for maintaining a clean and inviting environment? We're seeking a Facility Housekeeper to join our team at U-Haul, where you'll play a vital role in setting the stage for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of storage units, hallways, restrooms, and other facilities
  • Dispose of trash and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Track and manage cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
