Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician position at ESA Management, LLC is a critical role that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests and associates. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all property equipment is functioning properly, and that our premises are maintained in a pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and safety inspections.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 50 pounds; ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
