Key Responsibilities of the Senior Educator:
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities suitable for various age groups.

- Classroom Leadership:

- Parental Engagement:
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and daily experiences.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide regular feedback.

- Health and Safety Standards:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the classroom and shared spaces.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to guarantee their safety and well-being.

- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to exchange ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.

- Completion of state-required pre-service training.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. in relation to handling children.
