Job Title: Senior Cell Therapy Clinical Educator

Legend Biotech US is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cell Therapy Clinical Educator to join our Commercial team in the Mid South region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing education and resources on our cell therapy products to advanced practice providers and nurses involved in delivering care for patients treated with cell therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver peer-to-peer educational programs through in-person and virtual presentations to enhance disease knowledge and coordinate staff training.
  • Meet with identified customers in each participating practice or facility to engage and enroll them in educational programs.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with commercial team members on cross-functional projects and regional initiatives to support company goals.
  • Provide in-services and educational activities at professional society meetings.
  • Utilize key resources to support account planning and align with regional and company goals.
  • Develop relationships with key nurse opinion leaders.
  • Recognize changes and emerging trends within an account to develop and implement alternate plans to achieve objectives.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to assess and meet practice needs for education.
  • Maintain a high level of professional standards in all interactions with customers and other business contacts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc).
  • Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience or 5 years of Oncology experience.
  • Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant (required if no previous in-house industry experience).
  • Involvement/membership in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society).
  • Previous in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience.
  • Experience with Multiple Myeloma.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to access and understand challenges and educational needs of stakeholders and accounts within the assigned geography.
  • Proven customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify critical activities and tasks and adjust priorities to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Able to travel 75% of the time.
