  • Accurately manage cash transactions.

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet operational needs.
  • Exhibit proficiency in cash handling and mathematical calculations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in cash management.
  • Prior experience in cash handling or cashier roles is beneficial.

Licensing & Certification:

  • No specific licenses are required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, and Paramount systems.
  • Experience with cash counting machinery is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to hear, sit, talk, and use hands is essential.
  • Occasional requirements for standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.

Mental Demands:

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and data interpretation skills are necessary.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Responsible for training, disciplining, scheduling, and evaluating employee performance.

Work Environment:

  • Professional office setting with indoor work conditions.

Additional Requirements:
