Rooms Operations Manager

As a Rooms Operations Manager at Marriott International Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of all operations in the hotel operations departments. Your primary responsibility will be to manage staff and strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Support the successful execution of all operations in the hotel operations departments.
- Manage staff and ensure that standards and procedures are being followed.
- Continually improve guest and employee satisfaction.
- Maximize the financial performance of the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
- 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
