Job Title: Dining Room Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas.
  • Assist with training team members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Assist in special events and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists for dining area cleanliness and readiness.
  • Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
