Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric LPN to join our Transition Team in New Castle County, Delaware. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to infants, children, and adults in their homes. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the transition of care from the hospital or our HICU Health Services team to ongoing home care services.

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
  • Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
  • Hold current CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
  • Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
  • Ability to travel throughout New Castle County
