About the Job

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity for a Pediatric LPN to work with our private duty clients in various counties. You will have the flexibility to choose from morning, evening, or overnight shifts, with 6-12 hour work options available.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Ability to lift patients when applicable
