About the JobThis is a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity for a Pediatric LPN to work with our private duty clients in various counties. You will have the flexibility to choose from morning, evening, or overnight shifts, with 6-12 hour work options available.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams as needed
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to lift patients when applicable
- Competitive hourly rate: $30-$32
