About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team at Lorenz Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychological services to our clients, working closely with primary care physicians and other medical personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy sessions for patients in a medical setting
  • Carry a patient caseload as assigned and attend regular case consultation and Grand Rounds
  • Comply with clinic documentation standards and relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
Requirements
  • A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
  • At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
  • Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
