About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. - A97. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer adoption of our cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-focused sales programs and tools to support the growth of our cloud business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to identify and prioritize sales initiatives.
  • Design and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the performance of our sales teams.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with our Business Planning teams to quantify the impact of sales and field operation programs and tools.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and sales operations within the software, technology, or training industries.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and communicating with multiple international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and framework.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within the enterprise software or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong familiarity in Go-to-Market strategy, customer experience design, customer success.
  • Extensive experience in an operations role, with a passion for finding and implementing operational improvements.
  • MBA.
