We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist II to join our team at Sollis Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art CT and X-ray equipment, performing diagnostics, and ensuring that proper information has been obtained.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform Diagnostic Imaging - Cat Scan, X-Ray and/or Magnetic Resonance Imaging on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation of images.
- Image Labeling: Ensuring images are legibly labeled with the correct date and patient identification.
- Patient Care: Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
- Lab Testing: Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines under a CLIA license, and helps to perform routine QC's and other lab requirements.
- EMR Management: Utilizing our EMR Athena Health to enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPAA compliant.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties as requested.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required.
- Licensure: Current License to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) in California.
- Registration: Registered by ARRT in Radiography and CT required.
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in both modalities: X-Ray and CT.
- Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Tech-Savviness: Tech-forward and process-oriented, with a goal of making patient care more efficient.
- Communication: Comfortable interfacing with high-profile clientele.
- Teamwork: Be a team player.
- Attention to Detail: Be self-motivated, pay keen attention to detail and have solid organization/time management skills.
- Confidentiality: Treat highly confidential information with care and discretion.
- Rapport Building: Have the ability to develop rapport in all relationships.
- Flexibility: Be flexible, tactful and patient, especially under pressure.
- Positivity: Possess positivity, enthusiasm, and commitment to the goals at hand.
The anticipated rate for this position is $65-$73/hr. This rate may vary based on factors such as years of experience, location, and education.
