Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for our elderly residents. We are seeking a passionate and caring Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate and skilled team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Certified Medication Aide to accurately prepare and document medications, ensure proper labeling, and maintain accurate records of resident vital signs. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare and document oral and topical medications
  • Ensure proper labeling and accurate measurement of medications
  • Record and report resident vital signs
  • Observe and verify medication administration
  • Document any instances of refused medication
  • Perform CNA duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • North Carolina CNA certification
  • North Carolina Certified Medication Aide (CMA/CNA) License
  • One year of certified medication aide experience in long-term care or hospital setting preferred
