Job Summary

We are seeking a certified medication aide to join our team. The successful candidate will accurately and safely prepare and administer oral and topical medications to residents, ensuring all medication has written orders, signed, and dated from a licensed physician.

Responsibilities
  • Verify the identity of residents before administering any medication
  • Observe medication is ingested or applied as directed
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Current medication aide certification
  • Current nursing assistant certification from the state
  • Active CPR certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
