Job Overview

The Surgical Technician position at Avera Queen of Peace requires completion of a Surgical Tech program and National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification. As a member of our team, you will provide technical surgical care to patients under the direction and supervision of the Director or Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specified services for surgical patients
  • Act in capacity as directed by the Director, Manager, and/or Team lead

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Completion of a Surgical Tech program and NBSTSA certification required
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred

Salary Information

The hourly range for this position is $23.25 - $34.00 per hour, with an estimated annual salary of $48,000 - $70,400 based on a 40-hour workweek.
