Job Description

A dynamic Property Manager is sought to join the team of a couple of AppleOne's clients. This role involves:

  • Managing daily operations of residential properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Training, supervising, and mentoring property management staff.
  • Maintaining strong communication with tenants and staff, addressing issues and fostering a positive community environment.
  • Overseeing capital improvement projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Property Manager is required.
  • Strong familiarity with capital improvements and project management is essential.
