Dyania Health is a venture-backed organization established in 2019, which has created Synapsis AI, a comprehensive system that integrates a medically pre-adapted LLM with a physician-driven algorithmic reasoning engine to analyze and evaluate clinical characteristics within electronic medical records.

Synapsis AI is engineered for deployment within the healthcare system's computing infrastructure or on private clouds of healthcare systems, aiming to automate the manual chart review process of EMRs while ensuring that no data is extracted from the healthcare environment.

Synapsis AI performs pre-screening on both unstructured and structured patient information, applying medical logic with temporal sensitivity to align dynamically evolving patient characteristics with intricate clinical trial criteria during the precise timeframe that a specific EMR may meet study protocol standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business development team to comprehend customer requirements and formulate a standardized technical overview presentation for IT and technical resources, suitable for sales and implementation discussions with clients, and adaptable for gathering unique individual requirements and technical specifications on a project-by-project basis.
  • Establish a repeatable methodology for requirements gathering and a series of inquiries to be posed internally before allowing for a systematic approach to defining client technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation as a technical manual to enable clients to allocate appropriate resources for implementation and learn best practices for establishing the right infrastructure and resources to support a Dyania implementation.
  • Effectively articulate the technical capabilities and advantages of Synapsis AI to prospective clients through presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, offering valuable insights and feedback to enhance product functionality and performance, as well as providing necessary specifications and filtering when our engineering team needs to be involved in troubleshooting calls.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) to illustrate the value proposition of Synapsis AI across various use cases.
Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering capacity.
  • Proficient understanding of the technology sales cycle and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at any stage of the sales process.
  • 1-3 years of experience in backend software engineering or technical architecture.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and confidence in presenting technical solutions and conducting product demonstrations as part of the sales process.
  • Able to think critically and solve problems in real-time, suggesting feasible solutions without overcommitting our engineering and product teams.
Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare technologies and ecosystems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), along with an understanding of EMR systems and healthcare data interoperability standards is advantageous but not mandatory.
