Job Summary
  • Select, compound, manufacture, purchase, dispense, and preserve drugs, medicines, and other therapeutic agents to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with treatment or diagnostic teams to provide expert guidance on medication management and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Disseminate accurate and up-to-date drug information to hospital staff and community groups to promote awareness and understanding of pharmaceutical services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical pharmacy practice, or 1 year with completion of a PGY1 residency program.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships and foster a collaborative team culture.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
