Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $72,550 and $96,150 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist II to join our team at Stanford Health Care. In this role, you will provide expert pharmaceutical services, including clinical pharmacy, investigational drug service, and education. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, including medication management, dosing recommendations, and therapy planning.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new treatments and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs for patients and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of progressively responsible experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Registered Pharmacist (RPH) license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
