As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Proactively offer and sell Regions' products and services to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
