Job Summary

As an Operations Manager at Walmart, you will play a critical role in driving business results and ensuring the success of our operations. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team and make a meaningful impact on our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve facility goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Forecast staffing and workload needs to meet business demands and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and directives, and identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
