Key Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Services Assistant at the University of California, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with frontline areas and visitor operations, such as the SM Surgical Lounge and Information Desks on 16th and 15th Streets. You will utilize PassagePoint and CareConnect to register guests and provide information and directions, both in person and over the phone, regarding clinic/patient locations or outpatient appointments. Additionally, you will provide quick, friendly, and helpful directions to customers who are trying to find their way or need assistance. You will model CICARE behavior in all interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a quick learner, adaptable, and flexible. You should be fast and efficient, friendly, and computer-savvy. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. You will need to be accurate and efficient with a professional demeanor and appearance. A customer service background, especially in hotel and healthcare, is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.
