Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hospitality Services Assistant to join our team at UCLA Health. This role will provide exceptional support to our frontline areas and visitor operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with frontline areas and visitor operations, providing information and directions to patients and guests.
  • Utilize PassagePoint and CareConnect to register guests and provide accurate information.
  • Model CICARE behavior in all interactions, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and flexible, with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Computer savvy, with experience using PassagePoint and CareConnect.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Accurate and efficient, with a professional demeanor and appearance.
