Role Responsibilities:

The Caregiver plays a crucial role in delivering hands-on assistance and emotional support to residents, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident living spaces

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior experience in senior care is preferred
  • Effective communication skills with residents, management, and colleagues
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
