The Production Floater plays a crucial role in assisting the Production Supervisor by providing guidance and oversight to team members in the production area. This position is vital for ensuring smooth operations and filling in as needed across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the training of new production hires to meet company standards.
  • Motivate team members and enhance operational efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Be proficient in multiple roles within the production environment to provide flexibility.
  • Engage in the development of staff through orientation and training aligned with company policies.
  • Monitor employee performance and maintain accurate records to ensure productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all merchandise is appropriately priced and meets quality standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage physical demands including sitting, walking, bending, and climbing.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a high energy level.
