Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Patient assessment and recognizing health issues
  • Creating care plans and assessing patient responses

You will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Requirements:

  • A current and valid nursing license
  • Specialized field of study: nursing

Skills:

  • Nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines in your area
  • Hospital procedures and rules
  • Medical terms, focusing on health, disease prevention, management, common meds, and their side effects
  • Exceptional communication skills, allowing for clear expression of thoughts both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer skills, encompassing areas such as Microsoft Office, information security, scheduling and payroll systems, electronic medical documentation, and email

Benefits:

Competitive salary range $90,000 - $120,000 per year
