Job Summary

This rewarding role involves providing direct, evidence-based care to patients under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. As an LPN/LVN, you will perform lab tests, administer medications, and document patient information accurately and efficiently.

  • Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid LPN/LVN license in good standing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
