Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Promo Events. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution time.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
