We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator. As a key member of our recreation team, you will be responsible for facilitating a variety of recreational activities for youth in our afterschool programs.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate recreational activities, including sports, outdoor activities, arts & crafts, games & activities, field trips, etc.
- Assist with special events and provide support with program development and implementation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide program information to participants and parents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain within two (2) weeks of hire.
- May require a valid Montana driver's license with a verified acceptable driving record or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Position may require a fingerprint background check.
- Wilderness First Aid Certificate, preferred.
- Any combination of training and experience equivalent to three (3) months experience in recreation, working with youth, or another relevant field.
