ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for all patrons. Guarantees a pleasant and effective shopping environment for every customer. Showcases products to customers effectively. Restocks shelves in accordance with merchandising standards. Maintains expertise in products through continuous training and education. Stays informed about current promotions; ensures accurate pricing and signage. Assists with seasonal merchandise transitions on the sales floor. Replenishes stock as necessary. Keeps the workspace organized, tidy, and well-supplied. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Delivers an outstanding experience for every customer by assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions through: identifying and assessing customer needs, recommending products based on this evaluation, and promoting programs such as membership options and in-store services. Performs additional duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Proficient in calculating discounts and processing transactions accurately Capable of communicating in a friendly and professional manner with customers and colleagues Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers. Executes tasks and responsibilities under general supervision, following established procedures and applying innovative solutions. Makes selections from limited alternatives to address issues.
