Position Overview:
M&J PM, LLC, a franchisee of Papa Murphy's, is in search of a committed Retail Operations Manager to lead all facets of the store's functionality. In this role, you will be tasked with fostering a workplace culture that reflects our core principles of Quality, Service, Integrity, and Teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of the store, ensuring financial success while minimizing waste
- Encourage the growth and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with operational standards
- Manage inventory levels and procure necessary supplies
- Supervise maintenance of the facility
- Address customer feedback with professionalism and care
- Recruit, train, and assess team members' performance
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe certification is preferred
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
- Willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Consistent and reliable attendance
