- Current New York State RN license.
- Current New York State Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license, Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Current National Certification in specialty.
- Must have greater than 3600 hours of relevant experience as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Current BLS/AED for healthcare providers.
- Current DEA and Infection Control/Blood Borne Pathogens certificate.
- EMR skills a plus.
