Workday HCM Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and execute functional projects for Workday CORE HCM, Reporting, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Projects.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS IT team to manage business needs, analyze root causes of issues, and resolve incidents.
  • Effectively gather, elaborate on, and communicate requirements and issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively take ownership and drive work and projects to completion.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday modules, including CORE HCM, Absence, Timekeeping, Projects, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • 3+ years of experience in the HRIS field with exposure to various HR-related systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS IT customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven, and agile work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000-$105,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
