Our organization is committed to fostering professional development and supporting trade skills through various training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Fire Suppression department to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage financial performance, focusing on profitability and growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide team members and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental objectives.
- Foster a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Fire Life Safety Industry, specifically in Fire Suppression.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in business intelligence systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and clients.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to comply with drug and alcohol policies and background screening requirements.
- Willingness to travel frequently as needed.
