Job Overview
  • OBJECTIVE:

As a Park Operations Supervisor, you play a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the park, ensuring that visitors enjoy a safe, pleasant, and efficient experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing staff, implementing operational guidelines, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You serve as the primary liaison between guests and Kids Empire, focusing on guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and providing information. Engaging with families and children of all ages is essential.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promptly attend to guests, offering a warm greeting and ensuring their comfort within the park.
  • Supervise team members to guarantee they fulfill job expectations and achieve production targets.
  • Assist the Park Manager with staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere among park personnel.
  • Manage employee schedules, obtaining necessary approvals from the Park Manager.
  • Open and close the park securely using keys or access codes.
  • Report any issues involving guests or staff to the Park Manager.
  • Oversee the check-in process and ensure accurate transaction management.
  • Organize park inventory and coordinate supply orders from vendors.
  • Maintain park safety and cleanliness, ensuring guests adhere to established rules.
  • Plan and supervise family-oriented events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently. Good finger dexterity is required, along with the ability to work in a lively environment filled with children and music. Comfort in tight spaces and at heights is necessary.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
  • Experience in working with children is preferred.
  • Proficiency with an iPad is necessary.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Dedication to safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
