This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the SVP of Operations to identify and report any irregularities, and implement standard policies and procedures for compensation programs. Additionally, you will maintain and assist in the implementation of all components of compensation programs, including incentives, supplemental compensation, and other miscellaneous payments. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare compensation systems and the ability to process supplemental compensation payments, including signing bonuses, residency/fellowship stipends, and extra call payments. You will also ensure that all payments are supported by written documentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage compensation for providers/physicians
Identify and report irregularities to the SVP of Operations
Implement standard policies and procedures for compensation programs
Maintain and assist in the implementation of all components of compensation programs
Process supplemental compensation payments, including signing bonuses, residency/fellowship stipends, and extra call payments

Requirements:
