About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve departmental objectives and goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or General Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
