Escrow Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Perpetual Title. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth closing process for our clients.

• Manage the closing process, reviewing and verifying all information in the file prior to close, preparing closing documents, balancing figures and closing funds, obtaining funding approval from lenders and initiating disbursements.
• Review the work of the Escrow Assistant prior to close and provide guidance when applicable.
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with internal and external partners to ensure title transactions process efficiently.

• Florida Notary / RON notary is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Escrow Officer, with an in-depth knowledge of title insurance (both closing and processing).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Passion for innovation and integration of technology and automation.
• Team player mentality.
• Must be solution-oriented and client-obsessed.
• Working knowledge of Softpro preferred but not required.
