About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Perpetual Title. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth closing process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing Process Management: Review and verify all information in the file is accurate prior to close, prepare closing documents, balance figures and closing funds, obtain funding approval from lenders and initiate disbursements.
  • Escrow Assistant Oversight: Review the work of the Escrow Assistant prior to close and provide guidance when applicable.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicate and collaborate professionally with internal and external partners to ensure title transactions process efficiently.
Requirements
  • Florida Notary/RON Notary: A plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Escrow Officer, with an in-depth knowledge of title insurance (both closing and processing).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Technology Savvy: Passion for innovation and integration of technology and automation.
  • Team Player: Team player mentality.
  • Solution-Oriented: Must be solution-oriented and client-obsessed.
  • Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of Softpro preferred but not required.
