The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating residential and commercial real estate transactions. This individual will be expected to communicate effectively and timely with clients and other referral partners to ensure a smooth closing. Candidate should have the ability to work independently and have an in-depth understanding of Florida title insurance and closing procedures. This is a 100% remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in the State of Florida.

Duties to include: 1.     Manage the closing process: review and verify all information in the file is accurate prior to close, prepare closing documents, balance figures and closing funds, obtain funding approval from lenders and initiate disbursements 2.     Review the work of the Escrow Assistant prior to close and provide guidance when applicable. 3.     Communicate and collaborate professionally with internal and external partners to ensure title transactions process efficiently

Qualifications:

1.     Florida Notary / RON notary is a plus

2.     Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer – candidate must display an in-depth knowledge of title insurance (both closing and processing)

3.     Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

4.     Passion for innovation and integration of technology and automation

5.     Team player mentality

6.     Must be solution oriented and Client Obsessed

7.     Working knowledge of Softpro preferred but not required
