Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance: Consistently execute on preventative maintenance programs to preserve the value of our properties.
  • General Upkeep and Cleanliness: Maintain the beauty and safety of our properties through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
  • Efficiency and Compliance: Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components, adhering to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while maintaining an accident-free operation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the trades, facilities, and/or residential building maintenance.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership aptitude and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Certifications: HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
  • Skills: Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair, basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills, and exposure to complex mechanical systems.
  • Availability: Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
