You will also promote and maintain health, prevent illness, and provide care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with unit physicians and follow approved protocols
- Manage medical aspects of care, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
- Provide health teachings and promote health
- Prevent illness and provide care in a clinical setting
- Completion of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas Physician Assistant Board/Texas Medical Board (TPAB/TMB)
